OKX is seeking a Business Development Director to join their APAC Institutional Business Development team. This role is based in Singapore and focuses on driving institutional sales across the ASEAN region. The ideal candidate will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, optimize client profiles, secure high-value deals, and manage risk through strong, compliant client relationships.What this role involves:
Identifying and driving institutional sales opportunities.
Building a healthy pipeline through sourcing and converting prospective opportunities.
Proposing solutions and collaborating with the Product team to resolve complex issues.
Developing client profiling to replicate past successes.
Articulating client feedback and gaps in service/product offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of sales experience with a proven track record in the APAC region.
Understanding of the regional territory and pipeline development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Extensive knowledge of institutional products (Block Trading, Derivatives, Cash OTC).
High tenacity, grit, determination, and proactiveness.
