Senior Engineering Director (Trading)

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Engineering Director to lead the trading services team in Hong Kong. This team is responsible for the core order and position management systems, as well as various trading products used by millions of users.

The Senior Engineering Director will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions for OKX's full range of trading products. He will build out industry-leading risk management platform and automated trading strategies. He will also be responsible for performance and stability optimization for overall trading architecture aiming for low latency, high availability and scalability.

Requirements:

• Solid STEM education background
• Experienced in R&D and architecture of high-performance and low-latency systems
• Familiar with distributed systems and microservice architecture
• Experience in practicing automated testing and continuous integration
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of the crypto trading industry
• Team management experiences
