Principal / Senior Product Manager, Crypto Transfer Experience & Integrity (Travel Rule)

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Product Manager to enhance its compliance systems, focusing on trust and user experience. The Product Manager will lead the development of OKX's Travel Rule solution, enabling secure and compliant crypto transfers for retail and institutional users. This role involves collaborating with Compliance, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Design teams to build global, scalable, and adaptable systems.

What this role involves:

• Defining and executing the product strategy for Travel Rule compliance.
• Designing workflows for secure collection and transmission of sender/receiver information.
• Working with Engineering to build integrations with external protocols and discovery networks.
• Identifying and improving friction points in the customer journey.
• Collaborating with Compliance and Legal teams to translate regulatory requirements into product solutions.
• Partnering with Design and UX Research to ensure transparency and usability.
• Monitoring global developments in Travel Rule implementations.
• Driving alignment with internal teams and external VASPs.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience in fintech, crypto, or infrastructure-heavy environments.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to distill complex requirements into user-centric flows.
• Experience shipping products in regulated environments.
• Strong product intuition with a user-first mindset.
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills.
• Proven ability to work across technical, compliance, business, and operational teams.
• Clear communication skills.
