Job Description
AutoProff, an AutoScout24 group company, is seeking a Customer Support B2B (2nd Level) to join their team in Hamburg. This role is pivotal in expanding AutoProff's services in Germany, ensuring smooth vehicle purchases, and providing professional support to B2B clients.
The Customer Support B2B will handle B2B inquiries via phone and email, moderate between buyers and sellers to resolve conflicts, support complex cases as a 2nd Level Support, train external partners, and collaborate with international teams. They will also analyze complaints, identify optimization potentials, and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Handling B2B inquiries via phone & email
- Moderating between buyers and sellers to resolve conflicts
- Supporting complex cases as a 2nd Level Support
- Training external partners and providing feedback
- Collaborating with international teams
- Analyzing complaints and identifying optimization potentials
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in Customer Service, ideally in a B2B environment or the automotive industry
- Know-how in escalation management and mediation of customer conflicts
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and hands-on mentality
- Experience in working with service providers & international teams
- Familiarity with CRM and ticket systems
- Very good German & good English skills
