Financial Solutions Architect

Job Description

Elite Technology is seeking a Financial Solutions Architect to support the 3E sales process. The candidate will advise prestigious law firms on the benefits of 3E/3E Cloud and its supporting modules. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Architects, the role involves providing expert functional guidance on best practices for using 3E within the North American sales team.

The Financial Solutions Architect will establish themselves as a trusted advisor to customers, offering strategic insights based on deep knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating across the Elite organization to drive successful 3E opportunities.

What this role involves:

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex customer business requirements to align with 3E solutions.
• Providing expert consultation on front-office and finance-based processes.
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders across IT, Operations, and Legal departments.
• Leading and contributing to client webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Supporting the sales process, including client meetings, RFP/RFI responses, and proposal development.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding firms through their 3E implementation and optimization.
• Serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Participating in Elite software release cycles.
• Maintaining accurate and timely customer data in CRM systems (Salesforce).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with and consulting on PMS (ideally 3E) solutions within global law firms.
• Deep understanding of General Ledger Accounting.
• Strong expertise in PMS configurations and implementation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of legal finance and operations.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems.
• High level of initiative.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix team environment.
• Consistent performer under high-pressure deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the U.S., with occasional international trips.
