Recorded Future is seeking a Manager, People Systems (Workday) to oversee the administration, maintenance, and continuous development of Workday. This role will serve as the first point of contact for the business and partner closely with various key stakeholders to ensure system growth and scalability as well as troubleshooting issues.
What this role involves:
Serving as the first point of contact for Workday support
Partnering with the People Team for ongoing enhancements and maintenance for several Workday modules (Core HCM, Time/Absence, Talent, Benefits, etc).
Project managing any further Phase X implementations and upgrades through collaborating with key stakeholders
Providing regular Workday support to the People team through frequent auditing and running custom reports/dashboards.
Partnering with the Security and IT teams on scaling any processes that the People shares with the two teams (integrations, access, security groups, etc)
Creating and maintaining any Workday job aids/guides for the business
Managing current team of Workday contractors (4-7)
Owning vendor relationships including but not limited to: external AMS team, Workday contracting agencies, etc.
Managing vendor POs and any internal procurement processing
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with Workday administration (HCM, Advanced Comp, Talent, etc) and HR
2+ years of experience of experience managing
Passionate about systems and processes/process enhancement
Globally collaborative with strong communication skills
Excellent critical thinking skills, organizational, self-management, interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Must be able to exercise strong judgment and independently take appropriate actions within defined HR policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gsuite, and Mac computers
What this role offers:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $200,000.
