OffSec is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to lead enterprise expansion in Korea. The Strategic Account Executive will focus on acquiring, expanding, and managing high-value relationships with large enterprises, government agencies, and key industry players. Korea represents a high-growth market with increasing demand for cybersecurity training, workforce development, and compliance solutions.This role involves:
- Developing and executing a territory strategy to drive revenue growth in Korea’s enterprise and public sector markets.
- Owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding ARR targets while ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction.
- Engaging with C-level executives, security leaders, and training departments to position OffSec as a strategic partner.
- Building and managing relationships with channel partners, resellers, and alliances to expand market reach and accelerate deal closures.
- Delivering compelling product demonstrations, sales presentations, and executive briefings to enterprise customers.
- Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and deal tracking in Salesforce.
- Staying informed about cybersecurity trends, regulations, and workforce challenges in Korea to tailor solutions for customers.
Requirements include:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training solutions.
- 3+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions in Korea.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-value enterprise and government accounts.
- Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles, including selling to large enterprises, public sector organizations, and regulated industries.
- Expertise in solution selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, CoM, or Win by Design.
- Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, and resellers to drive market expansion.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Fluent in Korean and business-level English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
