Job Description
Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking a Head of Partnerships to drive sales performance for their Partnerships team in Sydney and Melbourne. This role is based in the Sydney CBD office with a hybrid work pattern of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing prospects, and coaching team members.

The role involves:
  • Originating new business targeting specific partner verticals.
  • Co-creating customer journeys and assisting with the implementation of Ebury’s products and services.
  • Managing partnership go-live to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of end-customers.
  • Maintaining existing accounts and spotting cross-sell opportunities.
  • Creating playbooks and commercial models targeting specific partner archetypes, verticals, and regions.
  • Leading a sales team, coaching and mentoring team members, and assisting with recruitment and training.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in banking, fintech, or consulting with a focus on financial services.
  • A track record of sales management within FinTech, FX, or other cross-border financial services.
  • Experience managing large, complex B2B deals.
  • Expertise in guiding clients through API integration processes.
  • A highly analytical mindset and strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
