Job Description
Acquia is seeking a Manager of Sales Enablement to lead their Sales Enablement team and enhance their Sales Enablement program. This role supports the sales team in achieving company objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing skilled and trained team members to Sales managers.
    Role involves:
  • Partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and People Team.
  • Managing and developing Sales Enablement staff.
  • Managing the procurement of tools for program delivery.
  • Overseeing the development of skills profiles for Sales roles.
  • Overseeing the development and rollout of AI tools.
  • Delivering training on sales- or product-related topics.
    Requirements:
  • Strong executive presence and high emotional intelligence.
  • Superior program/project management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office.
  • Experience in SaaS sales training.
