Job Description
DevRev is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff to join their team in Bengaluru. DevRev's AgentOS is designed for SaaS companies, integrating support, product, and growth teams onto a unified platform. The ideal candidate will architect and lead the design of scalable distributed systems for DevRev’s AI-native, cloud-native platform. They will also mentor engineers and solve complex scalability, performance, and multi-tenancy challenges.
Role involves:
- Leading the design and operation of scalable distributed systems.
- Architecting low-latency, real-time conversational experiences.
- Building and optimizing data pipelines for data-intensive features.
- Driving technical excellence in distributed systems.
- Mentoring engineers and solving complex challenges.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of SE experience in large-scale distributed systems.
- Expertise in message buses (Kafka preferred), queues, and async processing.
- Proficiency in Go, Java, Python, or Scala.
- Skills in cloud-native tech: Kubernetes, Docker, serverless, IaC.
- Experience with real-time systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- BS/MS in CS or related field.
