Job Description
HealthJoy is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their Member Services Team. This is a fully remote role based in Ukraine. The Customer Support Specialist, also known as Healthcare Concierge, will process member requests, deliver quality information about benefits, and assist members in utilizing them effectively. They will interact with members via phone and chat, schedule appointments, and search for suitable healthcare facilities. The role requires partnering with the leadership team and providing excellent care to HealthJoy’s American customer base.
Role Involves:
- Processing member requests (tickets)
- Informing members about their benefits
- Assisting members via telephone and chat
- Scheduling appointments
- Searching for healthcare facilities
- Partnering with the leadership team
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Support/Service (a plus)
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+ level)
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Adaptability to change
- Exceptional communication skills
- High level of Empathy
- Good computer literacy skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Solid level of Accountability
