Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Sales Advisory Manager to support Account Executives in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal closing. The Sales Advisory Manager will provide on-the-job feedback to improve sales execution and exceed revenue targets.
    Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting daily pipeline reviews.
  • Providing on-the-job guidance and feedback to sales reps.
  • Identifying trends and areas of growth.
  • Collaborating on training sessions.
  • Providing deal structure support.
  • Attending weekly regional tactical calls.
  • Providing end-of-month summaries.
    Requirements include:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience to SMB, MM and ENT-sized businesses.
  • Experience in the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and negotiation experience.
