KnowBe4 is seeking a Sales Advisory Manager to support Account Executives in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal closing. The Sales Advisory Manager will provide on-the-job feedback to improve sales execution and exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities include: - Conducting daily pipeline reviews.
- Providing on-the-job guidance and feedback to sales reps.
- Identifying trends and areas of growth.
- Collaborating on training sessions.
- Providing deal structure support.
- Attending weekly regional tactical calls.
- Providing end-of-month summaries.
Requirements include: - Minimum 3 years of sales experience to SMB, MM and ENT-sized businesses.
- Experience in the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and negotiation experience.
