Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Sales Advisory Manager to be based in Utrecht, Netherlands. In this role, the Sales Advisory Manager will support Account Executives in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal closing. They will also provide on-the-job feedback to improve sales execution and exceed revenue targets.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily pipeline reviews.
  • Provide on-the-job guidance and feedback to sales reps.
  • Identify trends and areas of growth among reps.
  • Collaborate with the Global Revenue Development Department.
  • Understand discounting policy and drive new business.
  • Flag deals that have lapsed or are stuck.
  • Review lead activity and referral reports.
  • Provide deal structure support.
  • Sit on demos and closing calls for feedback.
  • Attend weekly regional tactical calls.
  • Provide an end-of-month summary of actions taken.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry is desirable.
  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Strong negotiation experience.
  • Ability to provide productive feedback and coaching.
