Job Description
FREENOW is looking for a Senior Talent Solutions Specialist for a 2-year maternity cover in Warsaw. The role involves shaping the talent landscape and overseeing critical processes related to talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a culture of recognition and belonging.
    Role involves:
  • Managing performance management processes.
  • Leading the talent review process.
  • Championing the employee engagement platform.
  • Developing and implementing recognition programs.
  • Driving innovative working processes.
  • Designing and facilitating sessions on talent topics.
  • Participating in the Inclusion and Belonging task force.
    Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in talent management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional understanding of talent management principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and facilitating engaging sessions.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
