Job Description

A leading company is seeking a Senior Talent Solutions Specialist for a 2-year maternity cover in Athens. The role will significantly contribute to the organization's goals by shaping the talent landscape and overseeing critical processes related to talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a culture of recognition and belonging.

The role involves:

  • Managing end-to-end performance management processes.
  • Leading the talent review process for critical and leadership roles.
  • Championing the employee engagement platform.
  • Developing and implementing dynamic recognition programs.
  • Driving innovative working processes to empower employees and leaders.
  • Designing and facilitating impactful sessions on key talent topics.
  • Actively participating in the Inclusion and Belonging task force.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in talent management.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional understanding of talent management principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and facilitating engaging sessions.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; any other language would be a significant advantage.
