Huspy, founded in August 2020, started as a digital mortgage platform and has grown into the largest proptech company in the EMEA region. Backed by leading investors, Huspy is on a mission to revolutionize the real estate industry with an all-in-one superapp. They are looking for a Junior Sales Account Executive to join their team in Marbella, Spain.
The Junior Sales Account Executive will work closely with the Head of Sales to drive the growth of Huspy's SuperApp by identifying opportunities to collaborate with real estate consultants. This role involves managing a small team and ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the user base and increasing revenue.
Role Involves:
- Creating prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities, both inbound and outbound, including door-to-door and cold calling.
- Identifying growth opportunities by generating leads and prospecting new agents to expand the user base through cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person visits.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute new actions to acquire new business opportunities.
- Attending events to represent Huspy.
Requirements:
- Interest in growing or entering the Real Estate industry.
- Sales skills and enjoyment in sales activities.
- Experience in B2B / B2B2C environments (B2C profiles considered).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex messages.
- Openness to guidance and feedback from managers and peers.
- Analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn new complex concepts.
- Ethical approach to work and a desire to make a responsible impact.
