Huspy, founded in August 2020, started as a digital mortgage platform and quickly became the largest proptech company in the EMEA region. Backed by leading investors, Huspy has experienced accelerated growth with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Madrid, Valencia, and Alicante. Huspy's mission is to revolutionize the real estate industry by creating an all-in-one super app designed to empower agents and mortgage brokers. They are looking for a Senior Sales Account Executive to join their team in Marbella.
The Senior Sales Account Executive will work closely with the Head of Sales and will be responsible for driving the growth of Huspy's SuperApp by opening opportunities that allow them to acquire collaborations with real estate consultants. They will also manage a small team, ensuring their development and alignment with business objectives.
The role involves:
- Creating prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities, both inbound and outbound, including door-to-door or cold calling actions.
- Identifying growth opportunities: Generating leads and researching and prospecting new agents to expand our user base through cold calls, emails, social networks, and face-to-face visits.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute new actions to acquire new business opportunities
- Attending events where you will represent Huspy
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, ideally in B2B / B2B2C environments (B2C profiles are not ruled out)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to absorb and incorporate feedback from managers and peers
- Analytical skills
- Ethical approach
