Huspy, a leading proptech company in the EMEA region, is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive in Sevilla. The company, founded in 2020, has rapidly grown into a major player in the real estate industry with backing from prominent investors. Huspy's mission is to revolutionize the real estate sector by creating an all-in-one superapp for agents and mortgage brokers.This role involves working closely with the Head of Sales to drive the growth of Huspy's SuperApp by securing collaborations with real estate consultants. The Senior Sales Account Executive will also manage a small team, ensuring their development and alignment with commercial objectives. The role is crucial for expanding the user base and increasing revenue.Responsibilities:
  • Creating prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities, both inbound and outbound, including door-to-door and cold calling.
  • Identifying growth opportunities by generating leads and prospecting new agents to expand the user base through cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person visits.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute new actions to acquire new business opportunities.
  • Attending events to represent Huspy.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, ideally in B2B or B2B2C environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex messages.
  • Receptiveness to feedback and a willingness to learn from managers and peers.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
  • Ethical approach to work and a desire to make a responsible impact.
