YouGov is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their global People Team in Bratislava, Slovakia. The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive end-to-end HR operational support across multiple European countries, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and managers. This role involves enabling company success through outstanding HR service delivery.

The HR Generalist role involves:

• Providing end-to-end HR operational support to employees and managers.
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
• Managing employee lifecycle activities across multiple European countries.
• Serving as a key point of contact for employees and line managers.
• Onboarding new starters.
• Managing employee-related changes.
• Administering family leave policies.
• Overseeing the termination process.
• Supporting monthly payroll administration.
• Benefit administration and employee file management.
• Producing employment contracts and change letters.
• Supporting annual promotion and pay review processes.
• Utilizing Workday for employee data management and reporting.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborating with HR teams to deliver a cohesive employee experience.
• Reviewing and suggesting improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements for the HR Generalist role include:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist.
• Experience in European countries such as Belgium, Hungary, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Slovakia, or Serbia.
• Strong knowledge of local and other European countries' labor law.
• Experience using Workday as an HRIS.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced global environment.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Communication skills.
