HR Generalist

Job Description

YouGov is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their global People Team in Belgrade, Serbia. The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive end-to-end HR operational support across multiple European countries, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and managers. This role involves supporting over 3,000 employees worldwide and enabling the company's success through outstanding HR service delivery.

• Providing end-to-end HR operational support to employees and managers.
• Managing employee lifecycle activities across multiple European countries.
• Serving as a key point of contact for employees and line managers.
• Onboarding new starters.
• Managing employee-related changes.
• Administering family leave policies.
• Overseeing the termination process.
• Supporting monthly payroll administration.
• Benefit administration.
• Producing employment contracts and change letters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist.
• Experience in European countries such as Belgium, Hungary, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Slovakia or Serbia.
• Strong knowledge of local and other European countries' labor law.
• Experience using Workday as an HRIS.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Customer-focused with stakeholder management skills.
