Senior Golang Developer

Job Description

PALO IT is seeking a Senior Golang Developer to join their team in Ciudad de México. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable, high-performance back-end solutions. This role involves developing and maintaining back-end services using Golang, ensuring clean and efficient code. The developer will collaborate with DevOps and Architecture teams to deploy services on Docker and Kubernetes containers.

Role Involves:

• Developing and maintaining back-end services using Golang
• Building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services
• Implementing scalable and resilient microservices
• Collaborating with DevOps and Architecture teams
• Integrating secure practices
• Applying test-driven development
• Participating in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Golang
• Solid understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channel-based communication
• Proven experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and asynchronous communication
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Strong communication skills in English
