Job Description
LivePerson is seeking a Director of Product (Analytics) to join their Global Product organization. The Director will be responsible for critical Conversational AI components within Conversation Builder, LivePerson’s Bot Building suite. LivePerson is the global leader in enterprise conversations, helping brands connect with millions of consumers through their Conversational Cloud platform. Role involves:
- Developing and articulating a clear product vision and strategy for brand experiences in Conversational AI.
- Defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market research.
- Creating and maintaining a detailed product roadmap.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Championing a user-centric approach to product development.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive threats.
- Engaging with customers to gather feedback and validate ideas.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.
- Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products or platforms.
- Experience building Conversational AI products and features (preferred).
- Experience in Software Engineering (preferred).
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy and prioritize features.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and a strong customer focus.
- Passion for innovation and solving complex problems.
