The SDR will balance reactive and proactive work, responding to inquiries and reaching out to target accounts. They will use research and AI to craft thoughtful messaging and drive business conversations.
What this role involves:
Building and maintaining knowledge of Grafana Labs' technology, competitors, and industry trends.
Following up on inbound leads effectively.
Using a multi-channel approach (email, social, calling) to proactively outreach to new leads.
Using Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management.
Prioritizing and customizing outreach to target prospects.
Driving effective discovery conversations to understand user needs.
Meeting new business opportunity and pipeline targets.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
Located in Germany.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
