Grafana Labs is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in Switzerland. This remote role focuses on engaging with users, identifying new business opportunities, and developing valuable skills. Role involves:
  • Building and maintaining knowledge of Grafana's technology and industry trends.
  • Following up on inbound leads and proactively outreaching to new leads.
  • Using Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management.
  • Driving effective discovery conversations to understand user needs.
  • Meeting new business opportunity and pipeline targets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • Located in Switzerland.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Open to feedback and coaching.
  • Clear and concise communication style.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Resourceful and proactive.
  • Driven by purpose and a team-first attitude.
