Job Description
Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Partner Sales Representative to join their Partnership team in Madrid. This role involves expanding the partner network by identifying and engaging key decision-makers, maintaining a high level of activity through various communication channels, and developing creative ways to connect with potential partners. The ideal candidate will ensure successful partnership launches and smooth handover processes, driving business growth for Wellhub.

Role Involves:
  • Identifying key influencers and decision-makers at target partners.
  • Engaging stakeholders through video meetings, in-person meetings, phone calls, e-mail, and social selling.
  • Developing creative and innovative ways to connect with potential partners.
  • Ensuring successful partnership launches and smooth handover processes.
  • Selling quickly and in large volume within the partnerships market.
  • Meeting quarterly sales quota.
  • Building working relationships with other teams.

Requirements:
  • Professional with strong commercial expertise.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Experience in startups or high-velocity sales or the fitness industry is preferred.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong active listening and communication skills.
  • Ambitious and scrappy metrics-driven self-starter.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Extremely coachable and excited by the prospect of change.
  • Enthusiasm about helping people have a happier and healthier life.
  • Highly disciplined with an ability to effectively self-organise and efficiently prioritise.
