Senior Product Manager - User Management

Job Description

GWI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of user management capabilities. This role involves defining and delivering the infrastructure, interfaces, and internal tooling required to support individual users, growing teams, and complex enterprise structures. The Senior Product Manager will embed monetization and expansion mechanisms directly into the product experience while ensuring security, compliance, and transparency.

• Lead the development of user management capabilities end-to-end.

Requirements:

• Proven experience launching and scaling products in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience in technical product management, particularly around authentication, authorization, and permissions systems.
• Skill in communicating complex concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Ability to build and manage complex roadmaps with cross-functional dependencies.
