Job Description

Khan Academy is seeking a Financial Literacy Subject Matter Expert to lead the creation of videos, articles, and practice questions for Khan Academy India. The ideal candidate will ignite curiosity and provide conceptual understanding of financial topics. This is a contract role.

Role Involves:

• Developing syllabus-aligned content plans for financial literacy.
• Creating engaging video content to explain complex topics.
• Crafting compelling practice questions that test conceptual understanding.
• Analyzing content performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
• Traveling approximately once per quarter for workshops if needed.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of combined experience in teaching financial literacy and creating engaging educational content in this domain.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive and autonomous approach to work.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to experiment.
• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference through financial literacy.
