Job Description
Motive is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to join their team in Taiwan. This internship, running from June through August, offers a fantastic opportunity to explore a career in tech recruiting. The Recruiting Intern will gain hands-on experience with the full recruiting cycle and collaborate with global recruiting teams.

Role involves:
  • Collaborating with global recruiting team members across different time zones
  • Managing and maintaining job postings on internal and external platforms
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and interviewers
  • Supporting sourcing efforts, including LinkedIn recruiting and pipeline tracking
  • Supporting recruiting operations, documentation, and tracking systems
  • Participating in 360° recruiting—from sourcing to offer stage

Requirements:
  • Good communication skills with fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
  • Availability to support up to 20 hours per week
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and an interest in learning new tools and technologies
  • A curious mindset and willingness to learn about technology and technical roles
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A data-driven mindset
  • Passionate about building a career in recruiting or talent acquisition
