Senior Manager, European Operations Controller

Job Description

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, European Operations Controller to lead its European Operations Accounting Team. This role involves managing the technical and operational activities of European data center operations. The Senior Manager will maintain ownership of SOX key controls, facilitate audits, and drive process improvements. They will also coach and develop their team to achieve departmental and company objectives.CoreWeave is looking for someone who can provide financial guidance and analysis, ensure effective financial processes, and manage team members. The ideal candidate will build relationships with business leaders to enhance cross-functional collaboration.Responsibilities:

• Lead the European operations accounting team.
• Manage and coordinate operations accounting and reporting activities.
• Maintain ownership of SOX key controls and facilitate audits.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the internal control environment.
• Develop and track performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP.
• Provide financial guidance and analysis.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of related experience with a large public multinational company.
• Understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Innovative team player with self-motivation and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Big 4 public accounting experience is a plus.
