Job Description
Wrike is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Account Development Manager to join their Sales Team in Prague. This role involves helping customers worldwide become more productive with Wrike's work management platform. The Account Development Manager will proactively reach out to customers, share expertise, and provide tailored advice on best practices.Responsibilities:
  • Actively prospect into existing accounts via outbound calls.
  • Manage assigned accounts, inbound requests, trials, and leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including contract generation.
  • Learn and apply proven SaaS sales processes.
  • Strategize big deals with the territory team and leaders.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for lead processing and opportunity management.
  • Prioritize opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
  • Proactively assist customers in maximizing product value.
Requirements:
  • Willingness to work the evening shift (15:30pm - 00:00am CET).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Account Management).
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen business sense to understand customer objectives and pain points.
  • Passion for teaching and instilling knowledge.
  • Willingness to dive into technical product details.
  • Readiness to handle the sales side of customer interactions.
  • Excellent people, organization, note-taking, and time-management skills.
