Job Description
Wrike is seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Account Development Manager to join their Sales Team in Nicosia. This role involves helping customers onboard, become more productive with Wrike, and answer their questions. The Account Development Manager will work alongside other talented ADMs in an environment that prizes a growth mindset, mutual support, and creative problem-solving.

Role involves:
  • Actively prospecting into existing accounts via outbound calls.
  • Managing assigned accounts, inbound requests, trials, and leads.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, including contract generation.
  • Learning proven SaaS sales processes and methodologies.
  • Strategizing big deals with the territory team and leaders.
  • Leveraging Salesforce.com for lead processing and opportunity management.
  • Prioritizing opportunities and applying appropriate resources.
  • Proactively reaching out to customers to help them use Wrike efficiently.
  • Maximizing customer lifetime by helping them unlock product value.

Requirements:
  • Willingness to work the evening shift (16:30pm - 01:00am EEST).
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Account Management).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen business sense to understand customer objectives and pain points.
  • Passion for teaching and instilling knowledge in others.
  • Willingness to dive into the technical details of a product.
  • Readiness to cover the sales side of customer interaction.
  • Great people skills and a high degree of patience.
  • Excellent organization, note-taking, and time-management skills.
