Job Description

Goodr is seeking a Creative Director to lead their copywriting, design, and production teams. The Creative Director will turn ideas into bold, consumer-forward creative executions, mentor talent, and ensure all work aligns with the goodr brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand vibes, a low tolerance for mediocrity, and the ability to inspire and execute.

Role involves:

  • Leading and unifying creative direction across Copy, Design, and Production disciplines
  • Overseeing creative output across multiple initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and high standards
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams to develop cohesive campaign and brand work
  • Managing and mentoring team leads and senior creatives, fostering growth and collaboration
  • Reviewing and providing constructive feedback on creative work at all stages of development
  • Optimizing creative operations to scale output and create cross team cohesion
  • Allocating creative resources across projects in alignment with business priorities
  • Translating business and customer goals into clear creative strategies and executions
  • Championing a strong, positive creative culture built on curiosity, craft, and results

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in creative leadership roles (agency or in-house)
  • Deep experience in at least two of the following: copywriting, design, production
  • Strong conceptual thinking and brand storytelling skills
  • Freakin’ awesome communicator and provider of direction
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating cross-disciplinary leadership and successful campaign outcomes
