CarOnSale, a tech start-up based in Berlin, is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to join their Growth Team. This role involves building a scalable, high-performance, and data-driven sales engine in collaboration with an international team. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, developing efficient sales processes for over 20 international markets.Responsibilities include planning and managing sales strategies, building scalable sales models, managing bonus and compensation models, structuring sales processes, optimizing workflows in Salesforce, developing training materials, ensuring data transparency, preparing business reviews, and supporting market entry.
Responsibilities: - Planning and managing sales strategies across various countries.
- Building a scalable sales model to support growth and expansion.
- Managing and developing bonus and compensation models.

- Optimizing workflows in tools like Salesforce.
- Developing training materials and systems for the sales team.
- Ensuring data transparency and KPI tracking.
- Preparing business reviews for the leadership team.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and BI.
- Identifying new market opportunities and supporting market entry.
Requirements: - Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Understanding of how to build, structure, and scale efficient sales processes in an international B2B setting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, with configuration or implementation experience being a plus.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with tangible results.
- Proficiency in working with Excel, dashboards, and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English (at least C1 level), with additional European languages being a plus.
