CarOnSale, a tech start-up based in Berlin, is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to join their Growth Team. This role involves building a scalable, high-performing, and data-driven sales engine for over 20 international markets. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, developing efficient sales processes and ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and BI teams.

Role Involves:

  • Planning and managing the sales strategy across various countries.
  • Building a scalable sales model to support growth and expansion.
  • Managing and developing bonus and compensation models.
  • Structuring sales processes and ensuring clear standards.
  • Optimizing workflows in tools like Salesforce.
  • Developing training programs and playbooks for the sales team.
  • Ensuring data transparency through reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Preparing business reviews for the leadership team.
  • Facilitating collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and BI.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and supporting market entry.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in dynamic growth environments.
  • Understanding of building, structuring, and scaling efficient sales processes in an international B2B setting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, with configuration or implementation experience being a plus.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with tangible results.
  • Proficiency in working with Excel, dashboards, and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English (at least C1 level), with additional European languages being a plus.
