• Planning and managing sales strategy across various countries.

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in dynamic growth environments.
• Understanding of building, structuring, and scaling efficient sales processes in an international B2B setting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, with configuration or implementation experience being a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with tangible results.
• Proficiency in working with Excel, dashboards, and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills in both German and English (C1 level).
