Job Description
Nozomi Networks is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Manager to develop and implement the go-to-market (GTM) strategy with an emphasis on field and channel marketing, campaigns orchestration, ABM, digital, and demand generation. The role involves working closely with marketing, regional sales, and partner teams to build regional marketing plans, promote brand awareness locally, and execute ABM / demand generation programs.- Own and build the overall Go-to-Market plan for the assigned territory.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and partner team to deliver and accelerate pipeline.
- Implement demand generation campaigns in the region in conjunction with sales and partners.
- Serve as liaison to the Sales team.
- Maintain relationships with regional partners, conference organizers, and influential associations.
- Leverage social media to raise awareness and further promote our presence at various events.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the local region.
- Manage regional budget and track & report results.
- Work in partnership with the Corporate Communications and Digital Marketing teams to optimize campaign results.
- Proven experience in a B2B Field, Channel Marketing or Campaign role.
- Fluency in French or German.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Creation of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices.
- Experience with organizing local and regional events.
