Kepler is seeking a Client Solutions Director to lead its Amazon business unit in Toronto. The Client Solutions Director will be responsible for understanding clients’ business issues and goals and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing/media services. What this role involves: - Utilizing experience in digital media channels for maximum impact, specifically within the retail media network.
- Acting as a senior point of contact for assigned client portfolio, with accountability for client success.
- Partnering with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive constraints, and build digital strategies to address these areas.
- Being accountable for the successful delivery of marketing/media services for assigned client(s).
- Directly leading a team of Associate Directors, Managers and Analysts, and provide strategic guidance across Kepler’s functional teams.
- Being a strategic expert on digital media planning, tactics and measurement.
- Working closely with other Kepler team members to design and execute sophisticated programs that deliver breakthrough client results.
Requirements: - 8-10+ years of experience in digital advertising account management, yield optimization, marketing strategy/consulting, or brand management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, both directly and indirectly.
- 4+ years experience in Amazon Sponsored ads and DSP, and/or similar retail media network experience is required.
- Strategic planning experience within retail media and managing performance media campaigns on Amazon.
- Experience with marketing campaign design, campaign management, and analysis, as well as retail media tools (Pacvue, Skai, CommerceIQ, etc.).
- Ability to apply innovative thinking to solve complex client marketing challenges.
- Excellent listening and communication skills with strong ability to create and build relationships.
- Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, collaborative team environment.
