Job Description
Kepler is seeking a Client Solutions Director to lead its Amazon (retail media) business unit. The Client Solutions Director will be responsible for understanding clients’ business issues and goals and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing/media services. This person will be a trusted advisor to clients and a subject matter expert on the Amazon ads ecosystem.Role involves:
- Acting as a senior point of contact for assigned client portfolio.
- Partnering with clients to understand their business goals and marketing objectives.
- Leading a team of Associate Directors, Managers, and Analysts.
- Designing and executing sophisticated programs that deliver breakthrough client results.
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of experience in digital advertising account management, yield optimization, marketing strategy/consulting, or brand management.
- 4+ years experience in Amazon Sponsored ads and DSP, and/or similar retail media network experience is required.
- Strategic planning experience within retail media and managing performance media campaigns on Amazon.
- Experience with marketing campaign design, campaign management, and analysis, as well as retail media tools.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
