Job Description
Dunamu is seeking a Platform Planner to join its Upbit Value-Up division. This role focuses on enhancing Upbit's services beyond a trading platform, aiming to increase user engagement and satisfaction. The planner will design and build common admin/operation platforms that support service changes for Upbit Korea. The role involves planning, designing, and operating the admin/operation platform, analyzing business processes, and designing efficient tools. Collaboration with various departments and data handling are key aspects of this position.
  • Planning and enhancing the admin system for service operation
  • Defining and improving back-office processes connected to end-user functions
  • Designing and managing data flow to improve operational efficiency and accuracy
  • Collecting requirements and solving problems for various related departments
Requirements:
  • 6-12 years of experience in platform and back-office planning
  • Experience in building or structurally improving admin/back-office systems
  • Ability to structure complex operation and management flows and design links between processes, functions, and policies
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with related departments
