This role involves driving the development of AI-powered internal software development processes and toolchains to enhance developer productivity. The candidate will work with technologies like prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI agents to improve software engineering and product development.Role responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining internal AI building blocks.
• Leveraging AI to improve software engineering processes, including automated unit test generation and code documentation.
• Developing novel AI-driven features to boost autonomous driving development productivity.
• Collaborating with other teams to integrate LLMs into production systems.
• Identifying opportunities for AI application and innovation for development productivity improvements.

Requirements:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing AI products/systems, with expertise in Python and C++.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures (GPT, Llama, QWEN, etc.).
• Hands-on expertise in LLM fine-tuning, deployment, and inference optimization.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Ali Cloud) and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic, business-driven solutions.
