Job Description

PayPay Card is seeking an HRBP to support its technology division. This role involves strategic HR partnership, contributing to organizational growth, and supporting global talent. The HRBP will work closely with the technology leadership team to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

PayPay Card was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services, integrated with the PayPay platform, which has over 69 million users as of May 2025. The company aims to revolutionize credit services and promote cashless payments in Japan.

Role Involves:

  • Providing HR strategic consulting to the Technology Division.
  • Managing employee relations within the Technology Division.
  • Overseeing the implementation of HR policies related to performance, compensation, and talent placement.
  • Supporting onboarding for foreign national employees, including translation and guidance.
  • Contributing to company-wide HR initiatives and policy development.

Requirements:

  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, HRBP, or consulting.
  • Experience in strategic HR roles, including talent acquisition, development, and placement.
  • Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization for HR insights.
