Job Description

PayPay Card is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as an FP&A Leader candidate. This role is within the Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and offers the opportunity to play a key role in driving the company's financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. PayPay Card was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services, integrated with the PayPay platform, which has over 69 million users.

The FP&A team's goal is to be a future-oriented corporate staff that creates new value and achieves non-continuous growth. They aim to be an organization that not only promotes decisions but also comes up with and implements new ideas.

Role Involves:

• Planning and managing medium- to long-term plans
• Managing the profitability and feasibility of measures and projects
• Planning, drafting, and managing annual budgets and performance
• Solving and supporting other management issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business company-wide management planning operations (formulating medium- to long-term plans, formulating annual budgets, managing forecasts and actuals, various analyses, etc.)
• Experience supporting business companies at a consulting firm (strategy/general)
• SQL practical experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of financial modeling (preferred)
• Alignment with PayPay 5 senses
