PayPay Card is seeking a motivated individual to join their General Affairs team as a Facility Management Specialist. This role involves managing and improving office facilities, supporting employee productivity, and contributing to the company's growth. The company was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services, leveraging the PayPay platform's extensive user base.
The General Affairs group at PayPay Card oversees various functions, including procurement, facility management, and document control. The mission is to create an environment where employees can perform at their best, contributing to the company's sustainable growth.
Role involves:
- Facility Management: Planning office expansions and environmental construction based on mid-term personnel plans.
- Office Environment Improvement: Improving the office environment in line with new work style reforms.
- Liaison with Building Management: Collaborating with building management companies at each location to manage office equipment and environmental beautification.
- Other General Affairs Tasks: Planning and operating disaster prevention plans, planning and operating company events, managing the purchase of in-house consumable supplies, and managing the operation of the company cafeteria.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in general affairs.
- Practical experience in facility management (years of experience not specified).
- Experience in promoting business reform and improvement (regardless of scale).
- Experience in defining business requirements for system implementation (desirable).
- Experience in cross-departmental projects (desirable).
- Experience in creating network configuration diagrams and understanding/experience with building systems (desirable).
