PayPay Card Corporation is seeking an Employee Referral to strengthen their referral hiring activities. The company was established in 2021 to provide users with accessible and convenient FinTech services by integrating with the PayPay payment platform. The ideal candidate should align with the "PayPay 5 senses" work values and be passionate about refining products at an overwhelming speed.

The role involves creating new value for users and promoting the spread of cashless payments in Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Applying based on referral from a current PayPay Card employee.
• Relating to the "PayPay 5 senses" work values.
• Contributing to the creation of the No.1 FinTech company.

Requirements:

• Alignment with six elements: Unparalleled speed, Commitment, Logical thinking, Curiosity and questioning mind, Problem solving, True opinion and communication skill.
• Ability to work fully remotely within Japan.
