Elastic Consultant - Germany

Job Description

Elastic is seeking an Elastic Consultant in Germany to provide technical solutions to customers using the Elastic Stack. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, providing technical oversight, knowledge transfer, and enablement to drive customer success. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a focus on excellence, with a passion for solving complex data problems.

The consultant will work closely with Professional Services, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure the best customer experience.

Role involves:

• Leading the delivery of Elastic solutions
• Solution design, development, and integration of Elastic products
• Developing demos and proof-of-concepts
• Data modeling, query development, and optimization
• Solving challenging data problems
• Collaborating with Elastic teams
• Mentoring fellow consultants

Requirements:

• Strong customer advocacy and communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch or similar technology
• Experience as a Software Engineer, System Administrator, or DevOps Engineer
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Understanding of open-source technology
• Knowledge of information retrieval and/or analytics domain
• Understanding of Linux, Java, and databases
• Fluency in German is essential
