Job Description

A dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist is needed for a remote, full-time position based in South America. The role involves handling communication, creating content, and supporting sales efforts. The company is looking for someone fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound communication via calls, emails, and messages
• Build strong rapport with prospects and clients
• Write clear, engaging blog posts and messages for marketing campaigns
• Support sales efforts by managing CRM entries and follow-ups
• Use Canva for visual content creation and basic graphic design tasks
• Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm ideas
• Help with campaign execution and digital content distribution

Requirements:

• Candidate residing in South America
• Native-level fluency in both Spanish and English
• Highly organized, intelligent, and a fast learner
• Excellent writing skills
• Positive and energetic communicator
• Comfortable speaking with clients on calls
• Basic Canva and design skills
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn CRM tools
• Reliable high-speed internet and uninterrupted power supply
