UI/UX Designer

Job Description

The company is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create user-friendly designs that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers.
• Apply A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure designs align with Agile methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools – Figma preferred.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies.
• Experience with UX research methodologies.
• Experience in the Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services industry is a plus.
• Experience designing for mobile applications
