Job Description
Filson is seeking a Retail Store Manager for their Chicago - Fulton Market location. The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing the Filson company retail store, ensuring excellent product quality, exceptional customer service, and store promotion within the local community. This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and financial acumen.
Role involves:
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales.
- Managing and training store staff.
- Achieving financial objectives and managing budgets.
- Marketing merchandise and ensuring brand consistency.
- Maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of management experience in Retail Operations.
- Exceptional selling and customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
