SaaS Renewals Manager

Job Description

Vertice, a company focused on managing SaaS and cloud spend, is seeking a SaaS Renewals Manager. The successful candidate will support the Procurement team in optimizing costs on SaaS renewals by negotiating directly with suppliers on transactional contracts. This role involves working closely with a customer-facing Procurement Manager to understand customer requirements and ensure favorable pricing and terms.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate directly with suppliers on transactional contracts.
• Collaborate with the customer-facing Procurement team.
• Keep customers updated regularly through written communication.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement operations or a related field.
• Comfortable negotiating with SaaS suppliers.
• Commercial acumen to put customer requirements into action.
• Proven ability to move with urgency and balance speed with accuracy.
• Stellar organization skills and adaptability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong accountability and a bias for action.
