Job Description
Halcyon is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their support team. The Technical Account Manager will provide support to Halcyon customers, interacting with them to resolve issues across platforms like Windows, Linux, and Mac. They will manage the post-sale technical relationship, ensuring smooth onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud, networking, applications, endpoints, and security.

Role involves:
  • Managing and resolving technical issues.
  • Managing onboarding and customer health checks.
  • Ensuring customer success through training and best practices.
  • Acting as the customer advocate within Halcyon.
  • Performing in-depth analysis for Halcyon Agents.
  • Developing solutions for complex problems.
  • Responding to escalations.
  • Documenting technical resolutions.
  • Identifying renewal risk and supporting sales teams.

Requirements:
  • At least five years of Customer Success / Support / Technical Account Management in a SaaS organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Ability to configure Windows Operating Systems.
  • Proficiency in navigating macOS and Linux operating systems via terminal.
  • Familiarity with network topologies and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to provide customer support and utilize customer support tools effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
